Crafted from premium lambskin suede, the material is chosen for its ultra-soft, velvet-like hand-feel and its ability to take on complex pigments. The standout feature is the brushed-off color treatment, a specialized process where layers of pigment are hand-finished to reveal subtle tonal variations, giving each pair a unique, "lived-in" character from the first wear.
The slingback silhouette features a classic pointed toe and a refined kitten heel, striking a balance between vintage-inspired elegance and modern utility. It is a sophisticated foundation piece that adds a rich, tactile dimension to minimalist ensembles.
To preserve the delicate suede nap and the custom brushed-off finish:
-
The Protection: Suede is naturally porous. Apply a specialized suede protector spray before the first wear to guard against water spots and oil transfer.
-
The Cleaning: Use a dedicated suede brush to gently lift the nap and remove surface dust. For light scuffs, a suede eraser can be used in a circular motion. Avoid liquid cleaners, as they can alter the hand-applied brushed-off color.
-
The Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the rich pigments. Use the provided dust bags to prevent the nap from being flattened or marked.

The deep, organic texture of these brushed lambskin slingbacks makes them a brilliant anchor for clean, technical fabrics. For a sophisticated professional look, pair them with the Japan handcrafted technical-cotton ivory dress—the oxblood tones provide a grounded, high-contrast focal point against the luminous ivory fabric.
If you’re aiming for a more textural, daily ensemble, style them with the sculptural tapered denim and the back-knot belted cotton shirt. The mix of rugged indigo, crisp cotton, and plush sueded leather creates a rich, curated aesthetic. Finish the look with the calf leather dual-handle bag to reinforce the ensemble’s sense of coordinated authority.
