Exuding delicate Japanese romanticism and refined tactile artfulness, this high-waisted mini skirt features an intricate, dimensional crochet floral and botanical leaf lace overlay. The openwork Guipure-style lace presents rhythmic clusters of corded leaves and petal medallions connected by fine geometric ladder stitching. Designed with a clean, flat high waistband, the skirt is finished with a discreet concealed back zipper closure to ensure a smooth, streamlined fit across the waist and hips. Along the bottom, an organic scalloped hemline showcases semi-sheer cutout leaf motifs, adding light, airy movement and subtle leg-framing detail.
Meticulously crafted from a high-density polyester crochet lace blend, this garment provides remarkable shape retention, structural durability, and resistance to creasing while maintaining a soft, textured hand-feel. The outer lace layer is supported by a smooth, color-matched opaque interior lining that offers full coverage through the body while stopping just above the hemline to highlight the sheer scalloped crochet borders. Cut in a neat, straight-fitting A-line pencil silhouette, the skirt sits comfortably at the high waist and hits gracefully at the mid-thigh. It is presented in a serene, natural ivory shade.
-
Hand wash cold inside out with a mild liquid wool/delicates detergent to protect the delicate openwork crochet lace and scalloped edge trims.
-
Do not wring or twist; gently squeeze out excess water with a soft, clean towel to preserve the lace motifs and lining alignment.
-
If machine washing, place inside a protective mesh laundry bag and select a cold, ultra-gentle cycle with similar light/neutral colors.
-
Lay flat to dry on a towel in the shade away from direct heat to prevent stretching or misshaping.
-
Garment steam lightly on a low setting from the reverse side; avoid pressing a hot iron directly onto the raised crochet cordings.

This versatile lace mini skirt serves as an elegant anchor for soft, Japanese-inspired layered summer wardrobe aesthetics. For a contemporary, textural contrast, pair it with a relaxed, slouchy dark espresso brown or sky blue modal t-shirt tucked loosely into the high waistband, finished with dark leather thong sandals and dainty silver rings. Alternatively, style it with an oatmeal-toned draped jersey blouse or a fine-gauge knit top for a serene, monochromatic daytime look.
