Crafted from a refined blend of Lyocell and Cotton, the fabric possesses a soft-structured hand-feel, a subtle matte luster, and an exceptional drape that allows the pleats to maintain their architectural depth throughout the day.
The design is defined by its innovative contour elasticated waistband, which is engineered to provide a smooth, flat-front appearance while offering the flexible comfort of an elasticized fit at the rear. This creates a refined silhouette that seamlessly transitions from professional settings to relaxed, artisanal weekend wear.

This skirt is designed to be the volumetric focal point of an ensemble. Pair the "Sage Moss" version with the ribbed cotton-modal-lyocell vest in ivory for a play on contrasting textures—the fitted ribbing of the vest beautifully balances the expansive volume of the pleated skirt. For a more structured, tonal look, layer the Japan technical linen-lyocell blazer over the shoulders. Complete the aesthetic with soft calf leather Mary Janes and Mina Perhonen figurine socksfor a curated, intellectual silhouette.
To maintain the architectural pleats and the unique luster of the lyocell-cotton blend:
-
Washing: Machine wash in cold water (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Use a mesh laundry bag to protect the pleat structure.
-
Detergent: Use a mild, neutral liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, which can relax the fibers and cause the pleats to lose their "crisp" definition.
-
Drying: Do not tumble dry. Drip dry on a skirt hanger. The lyocell content allows for relatively quick drying and minimal wrinkling.
-
Steaming: Use a handheld garment steamer to refresh the volume. If ironing is required, use a medium setting and follow the line of the pleats carefully to maintain their sharp edges.
