These shorts are a refined example of Japanese utilitarian tailoring, designed with a focus on silhouette and textile longevity. Crafted from a specialized 90% Polyester and 10% Wool technical blend, the fabric provides the soft, premium feel of natural wool combined with the high-performance durability and wrinkle-resistance of polyester. The high-waisted design is complemented by an included patterned belt, which adds a graphic, artisanal touch to the minimalist profile.

The tailored cut features a structured leg that holds its shape, offering a polished alternative to casual summer wear. It is a versatile foundation piece that balances sophisticated material composition with functional, daily comfort.

• Origin: Made in Japan.

• Material: 90% Polyester, 10% Wool; a curated blend selected for its lightweight warmth, structural memory, and refined matte texture.

• The Cut: A tailored, high-rise silhouette with a structured A-line flare that creates a clean, elongated profile.

• Key Features: Includes a custom-patterned woven belt with tonal hardware, deep functional side-seam pockets, and precision-pressed front pleats.

• Texture: Smooth and substantial with a "dry" hand-feel characteristic of high-end Japanese textiles—designed to stay crisp through prolonged wear.

The structured, high-waisted profile of these shorts makes them a perfect partner for tucked-in technical layers. For a sharp, professional look, pair them with the Japan structural cotton-rayon belted top in Sand Beige—the mix of warm beige and graphite grey creates a sophisticated, tonal aesthetic.

If you are aiming for a more directional look, style them with the Japan high-stretch accordion-pleat blouse in Cerulean Blue. The contrast between the rigid, tailored wool-blend and the kinetic, fluid pleats is a hallmark of modern Japanese styling. Complete the outfit with the Artisanal Laced Calf Leather Tassel Loafers and the floral pearl earrings to bridge the gap between industrial tailoring and artisanal softness.

To preserve the wool fibers and the structural pleating:

• The Wash: Machine wash cold on a delicate or "wool" cycle using a mesh laundry bag. Use a mild, wool-safe detergent to maintain the fabric's soft hand-feel and prevent pilling.

• The Dry: Lay flat to dry on a clean towel in the shade. Never tumble dry, as high heat can cause the wool content to shrink and distort the tailored silhouette.

• The Refresh: Use a handheld steamer to quickly release surface creases. If ironing is required, use a low-heat setting with a pressing cloth to protect the technical fibers and maintain the sharp front pleats.
