-
The Washing: Turn inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, preferably using a protective mesh wash bag. Use a mild laundry detergent to preserve the rich navy pigment.
-
The Drying: Lay flat to dry on a clean towel or hang to air dry in the shade to prevent stretching. Iron on medium heat on the reverse side if necessary, taking care to lightly steam around the side knot details rather than pressing them flat.
-
The Storage: Store folded flat in your wardrobe to preserve the natural tension and shape of the shoulder lines and asymmetrical side gathers.
-
This side-twist vest acts as an exceptional styling anchor, adding immediate visual interest to tonal coordinates. It pairs beautifully when worn layered over a flowing, tiered ivory maxi skirt, where the clean navy bodice grounds the light, romantic textures below. For a sharper, more structured daytime ensemble, pair it with a striped, pleated A-line knee-length skirt and woven leather sandals to let the asymmetrical drape of the top remain the central focus.
Materials
-
Fabric & Composition: Carefully constructed from 100% premium pure cotton.
-

The fabric offers a natural, matte finish and the perfect amount of structural weight to hold the asymmetrical drape beautifully without sagging or losing its form over time.
-

-
Onyx Navy: A deep, true dark navy blue that exudes a sophisticated, timeless appeal and coordinates effortlessly with light neutrals or monochromatic tones.
-
Design Details
-
Origin: Thoughtfully designed and tailored in Japan, drawing inspiration from modern Japanese minimalist construction techniques to achieve a perfect balance of fluid drape and clean geometry.
-
Asymmetrical Side-Twist Knot: The defining feature of the vest is an integrated twist knot positioned seamlessly on the lower left hip. This artistic knot anchors the fabric, generating a soft cascading ripple effect across the front bodice while maintaining a smooth fit in the back.
-
Clean Crewneck Line: Finished with a subtly wide, classic crewneck band that frames the collarbone beautifully. The neckline is reinforced with low-profile internal binding to ensure it lays completely flat and crisp.
-
Subtle Side Slit: Designed with a small structural vent below the twist knot, allowing the hem to drape fluidly over the waistline of any bottom garment without pulling or bunching.
Construction
-
Tailored Sleeveless Cut: Features precisely sculpted armholes that sit closely against the body for a polished, gap-free fit while ensuring complete freedom of movement.
-
Reinforced Twin-Needle Hems: The bottom edge is completed with discrete, clean twin-needle coverstitching, which maintains fabric elasticity and provides a durable, smooth finish.
