This sophisticated two-piece set is a masterclass in modern layering, blending an avant-garde, deconstructed silhouette with a soft, airy palette. It features a unique diagonal one-shoulder outer layer that creates a dynamic sense of asymmetry, revealing a glimpse of the matching interior vest to add architectural depth. Rendered in a fine, semi-sheer knit with delicate pink and white horizontal stripes, this pairing offers a lightweight, breathable drape that balances romantic texture with a sharp, contemporary edge.
Materials
-
Fabric: A premium blend consisting of 85% Tencel and 15% Polyester.
-
Texture: The high Tencel content provides a silky, luxurious hand-feel and exceptional breathability, while the polyester ensures durability and helps the knit maintain its shape.
-
Asymmetric Construction: The focal point is the diagonal neckline of the outer layer, which drops away to create a bold cutout effect at the shoulder.
-
Striped Pattern: The fabric features fine horizontal stripes in a soft pink and white palette, offering a subtle visual texture.
-
Coordinated Layering: The set includes an integrated interior vest designed to sit perfectly under the outer knit, ensuring comfortable coverage without sacrificing the deconstructed look.
Construction
-
Relaxed Silhouette: Designed with a slightly oversized fit and dropped shoulders to provide an effortless, non-restrictive drape.
-
Fluid Sleeves: Features elongated, fluid sleeves that add to the relaxed aesthetic and pool slightly at the wrist.
-
-
The Wash: Hand wash cold or utilize a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag to protect the fine fibers and prevent snagging.
-
The Dry: Lay flat to dry in a shaded area. Avoid hanging while wet to prevent the Tencel from stretching or losing its architectural shape.
-
The Maintenance: Use a garment steamer on a low setting if needed to refresh the knit texture without flattening the delicate fibers.
-
To ground the delicate nature of the knit, pair this set with charcoal wide-leg cargo jeans and a studded black leather bag for an edgy, urban-inspired contrast. The combination of the soft, striped knit against rugged denim creates a balanced, contemporary look.
For a more refined ensemble, style the set with high-waisted white trousers and minimalist leather sandals. This monochromatic approach highlights the subtle pink stripes and the unique one-shoulder construction, making it an ideal choice for a sophisticated weekend brunch.
