A poetic embodiment of soft-sculptural Japanese design, this ethereal sheer blouse captures the fluid beauty of a watercolor painting. Crafted from 100% pure Tencel mesh, the fabric possesses a featherweight, gossamer-thin quality that drapes organically over the body, providing an airy and luminous translucency. Defined by its customizable drawstring waist, romantic flared sleeves, and delicate vintage-inspired details, this statement blouse balances bohemian romance with a clean, contemporary silhouette.
Design & Silhouette
-
Adjustable Drawstring Waist: Features a matching self-tie fabric drawstring at the waistline, letting you cinch the silhouette for a defined peplum shape or wear it loose and flowing.
-
Elasticized Ruffle Flare Sleeves: Designed with comfortable elasticized smocking at the wrists that releases into dramatic, gathered trumpet flares for a romantic, historical feel.
-
Soft Ruffled Scoop Neckline: Framed by a gentle, micro-ruffled collar trim that leads into a shallow split scoop neck, subtly highlighting the collarbone.
-
Covered Loop-Button Placket: Detailed with a vertical row of delicate, fabric-wrapped round buttons and loop closures down the center bust for an artisanal, heirloom finish.
Material & Textile Artistry
-
100% Pure Sheer Tencel: Woven from premium, sustainably sourced Tencel fibers into an ultra-breathable, fine-gauge mesh that feels incredibly silky and weightless against the skin.
-
Bleed-Effect Watercolor Print: Decorated with an abstract, swirling watercolor paisley motif featuring soft washes of sage green, muted coral pink, and ochre yellow over an ivory base.
-
Delicate Picot-Stitched Hedges: Finished along the hemline and sleeve edges with a tonal, microscopic picot stitch to prevent fraying while maintaining a clean, undulating edge.
-
-
The Wash: Hand wash exclusively in cold water using a pH-neutral liquid silk or wool detergent; avoid twisting or wringing the wet mesh to preserve the delicate fibers.
-
The Drying: Lay the blouse entirely flat on a clean towel in the shade to air dry; do not hang while wet, as the weight of the water can stretch out the sheer weave.
-
The Ironing: Use a garment steamer on its lowest setting from a distance to release wrinkles, or lightly iron on the lowest silk setting with a protective pressing cloth placed in between.

This watercolor Tencel blouse serves as a beautiful layering piece, offering endless versatility through its adjustable drawstring waist. Adjusting the drawstring tightens the waist to create an effortless, billowing peplum that pairs beautifully with relaxed, wide-leg olive trousers for a balanced, grounded silhouette.
For a casual, daily uniform inspired by Tokyo street style, letting the drawstring hang loose for a relaxed tunic fit, completing the look with a woven straw shoulder bag and minimal leather thong sandals. The blouse showcases a dramatic volume through the flared sleeves and romantic ruffles, adding fluid movement to any warm-weather outfit.
